this is the normal scene in the trains running through Kerala especially Malabar. Most of Lalu's profits come this way. but neither he nor his deputy Velu cares how the people of this state travel in trains. an extra train or even an extra coach could do miracles, but that's an absolute no-no for the railways' corrupt babus. the people of this region are being punished for being a socially better off state. and the M.P.s of this state do not have any bargaining power as numbers are all what that matters.
